We have faith in the full operation of God if we ever expect His approval upon our ministry. There are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, the water, and the blood. The blood is the basis, or ground of our faith; the water (baptism) is the obedience of faith; and the (baptism) of the Spirit is the witness of, or to, our faith. The Spirit, Water and Blood should be given their place in the gospel even as the Death, Burial, and Resurrection. - G.T. Haywood
